DEFINITION OF ACTIVITY
This particular activity is for students who are learning about how to identify verbs in a particular extract or article.Students will choose from three articles and they will read the extract and find the verbs being identified throughout the passage and they will try and differenciate them. They will look and find interesting verbs in the sports articular and them look in the thesarous to find very similar meanings of those verbs found.
LANGUAGE LEVEL:
The language level of this particular activity is of a beginner level where students are still trying to understand and identify the basic grammar contexts of the English Language.
CONTENT:
The content is very basic, however, very easy to understand and apply to a learning environment. Not only will students identify the grammar context but also read to see how much they have understood in the passages read.
USEFUL FOR LESSON:
When i was searching for an activity online, this activity caught my attention because it's not only very easy to understand but it helps students to focus on a variety of aspects that need to be taken into account while learning a particular language, students learn to identify and also read which always is the best way to enrichen a particular langauge, the words they wouldn't understand they will be able to search it in the dictionary which also develops their vocabulary.
